Agreement and accounts
By creating an account or using Origintalium, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and activity carried out through your account. Please contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Membership and licence
Private library access requires an active Monthly or Annual membership, except for administrator access. Membership renews automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. The membership provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and personally use the original creative works made available through Origintalium during the applicable membership period. The licence does not transfer ownership or copyright. The included course marked FREE WITH SUBSCRIPTION is available only while the membership remains active or through administrator access.
Paid Courses
Paid Courses are separate one-time licences to access and personally use original creative works offered only inside the private Community. A membership does not unlock a paid Course by itself: access requires both an active Community membership and a confirmed purchase linked to the same account. If membership ends, the purchase remains recorded and Course access resumes when membership becomes active again, subject to account security, these terms, and lawful service availability. Deleting the account removes its Course access and does not transfer purchases to a later account.
Payments
Prices, billing intervals, and the payment obligation are displayed before Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment details; Origintalium stores only the references and status needed to confirm access. Membership or paid-Course access begins as soon as Stripe confirms successful payment and the corresponding access record is updated. Before Checkout, you are asked to expressly request this immediate digital access and acknowledge the effect it may have on any statutory withdrawal right.
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
You can cancel future Monthly or Annual membership renewal through Settings and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the subscription's current paid period ends (current_period_end).
Because access is supplied immediately after payment confirmation, Origintalium does not offer voluntary refunds after that access has been provided, including for unused access or a change of mind. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. A refund or other legally required remedy remains available where applicable law requires it, including for a duplicate payment, failure to deliver purchased access, or digital content that is materially nonfunctional and cannot be restored within a reasonable time.
Where the law provides a withdrawal right, the immediate-access confirmation is your express request for performance to begin during the withdrawal period. For separately supplied digital content, you acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins. Any withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be waived, and any mandatory right relating to an ongoing service, remains unaffected.
Community care and member content
Members agree to communicate with honesty, care, and respect. Members must not post, submit, or link to:
- illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful content;
- another person's personal data without a lawful basis or permission;
- photographs or other material involving another person without the right to publish or share it;
- copyrighted or otherwise protected material without authorization;
- spam, fraud, scams, unauthorized advertising, or promotional content;
- content that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, or rights;
- passwords, financial information, medical information, identification documents, or other highly sensitive information that they do not intend to make visible to Community members.
Origintalium may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or preserve the safety and integrity of the Community.
Your content
The Community Chat accepts text and links only and does not provide member file or image uploads. You keep ownership of original posts and comments you share. You grant Origintalium a limited permission to store, display, transmit, and technically process that content only as needed to operate the Community. You confirm that you have the right to post or link to it. Deleting a post or comment removes it from ordinary member view, and Community Chat messages are permanently deleted through the scheduled retention process after three years.
Creative work and licence
Meditations, courses, recordings, writing, images, and other original works offered through Origintalium remain protected creative works. Membership and Paid Course payments provide only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and personally use the included works within Origintalium for the applicable access period. No ownership or copyright is transferred. Members must not reproduce, record, extract, redistribute, resell, publish, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit the works outside the permitted personal use, or circumvent access or playback controls. PDF materials made available with a download or open control may be saved for the member's personal use only and may not be republished or redistributed without written permission.
Nature of the offering
Origintalium makes original spiritual and educational creative works available for personal reflection and practice. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency support.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Origintalium available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Platform features and content may evolve as this living library grows. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively erase a completed paid Course purchase, although access continues to require an active Community membership.
Account closure
You may permanently delete a non-administrator account from Settings. Account deletion closes the connected Stripe customer before authentication data is removed, so future subscription renewal stops. Deletion removes course access because purchases are tied to the deleted account; completed transaction records may remain anonymized for legitimate financial recordkeeping.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Origintalium is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, member conduct, or reliance on spiritual and educational material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
