This page gives a concise explanation of the intellectual property and licence framework used for Origintalium's creative works. The Terms of Service remain the governing agreement.
Original creative works
Origintalium offers original creative works created by the Author, including guided meditations, courses, texts, recordings, images, and other original materials. A work may incorporate third-party materials used under valid licences, such as CC0 material or appropriately licensed music. Those third-party components remain subject to their own licence terms, while the Author's original creative contribution and arrangement remain part of the Origintalium work.
Licence of use
Membership provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and personally use the applicable works during the active Membership period. A Paid Course purchase provides a separate one-time, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the applicable Course and its included works for the applicable lifetime access period. Neither payment transfers ownership or copyright.
Personal use and restrictions
Unless written permission is provided, licensed works may not be reproduced, republished, publicly shared, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, commercially exploited, or otherwise made available outside the permitted personal use. Downloadable materials may be saved for the purchaser's own personal use only.
